R&A is proud to have outstanding personnel that understand client requirements and the milieu of political, managerial, technical and business irregularities that our simulations must reflect. R&A has maintained a close-knit, cooperative working environment among its employees since its inception.

We focus on the development and support of simulations. As a Company, R&A fosters an informal and personal management style conducive to stimulating the motivated, intellectual, and highly competent people that work for our company. The R&A staff is small and thus retains the ability to respond quickly to client needs ranging from administrative issues such as US State Department export licenses to software and hardware alternatives. Our Staff is dedicated to working closely with each client to provide simulation tools that support difficult decision criteria. Experienced M&S engineers with advanced degrees and extensive experience in simulation support, training, and user interfaces lead the R&A teams.

R&A is a federation of professionals skilled in various disciplines including operations research, computer science, mathematics, and organizational behavior. Although small by most measures, we are not in business to expand for the profit motive. We will expand but only if we can continue to deliver our services in a professional and technically competent manner. R&A believes that our type of business can only succeed if the Company continually enhances the technical capability of its existing staff Technology is expanding quickly, we employ a management style that allows the technical and administrative staffs to maintain that cutting edge capability.
